Assisting and guiding residents and visitors **OPEN POSITION AT Calzada De Tlalpan , 04650, Santa Úrsula Coapa, CDMX** **24X24 SHIFTS** **MXN 11,500 PER MONTH (MXN 10,500 BASE SALARY + MXN 1,000 ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY BONUS — MXN 500 BIWEEKLY) \+ STATUTORY BENEFITS \+ FULL UNIFORM** **Job Objective:** Ensure the safety and peace of mind of condominium residents and visitors through constant surveillance, access control, and response to emergency situations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control entry of people and vehicles into the condominium. * Conduct periodic security patrols to ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Respond immediately and effectively to emergency situations such as fires, thefts, or accidents. * Maintain a detailed log of incidents and daily activities. * Provide assistance and guidance to residents and visitors when necessary. * Accompany service providers **Requirements:** * Prior security experience, preferably in condominiums or residential complexes. * Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions. * Strong communication skills and courteous interaction with residents and visitors. * Basic knowledge of security systems and first aid. * Excellent attitude toward team members, service providers, and all parties involved in the service **REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION (MANDATORY)** * 1\) Birth certificate * 2\) INE (National Electoral Institute ID) * 3\) CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) * 4\) Discharged military service card (not applicable to women) * 5\) Tax status certificate * 6\) Academic transcript (minimum: junior high school) * 7\) Valid proof of address * 8\) Resume * 9\) Social Security Number (NSS) * 10\) Certificate of no criminal record Job Type: Full-time Salary: MXN 11,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Experience: * Security: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
