Career growth within the group Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a MOTORCYCLE-BASED HOME COLLECTION OFFICER: As a home collection officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their applications. * Understand customers’ needs to offer them the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Deliver service with respect and courtesy to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in customer service, sales, or collections. * Ability to operate a standard motorcycle. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Proficiency in using mobile devices. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly base salary of $2,500\. * Commissions ranging from $0.00 to $2,000\. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo) of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority—and Sunday bonus of 25%. * 20% discounts at Elektra and Salinas y Rocha, increasing with seniority. * Benefits at over 500 establishments partnered with Grupo Salinas. * Payroll loan available after 2 years of service. * Payroll advance. * Provision of a motorcycle serving also as your transportation from home to work. * Weekly gasoline voucher worth $217 MXN. * Option to purchase the motorcycle upon reaching its end-of-life. * Safety equipment: skeleton suit, helmet, and boots. * Motorcycle accident medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Career growth within the group. * Continuous learning as part of our DNA.
