




Position Summary: A Public Accounting professional with experience in tax accounting and resource administration, responsible for supervising financial information and ensuring compliance with tax obligations. Comprehensive management of invoicing, collections, and payments Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (certified). 4 to 6 years of experience in tax accounting and resource administration. Technical knowledge: \- Full preparation of financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement \- Federal Tax Code, Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), and DIOT. \- Knowledge of monthly and annual tax returns, calculation of deferred taxes, and tax provisions. \- Comprehensive management of invoicing, collections, and payments (accounts receivable/payable). \- Mexican tax regulations and compliance with SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. \- Bank reconciliations and internal inventory control. Competencies: Professional ethics and integrity. Organization and discipline in document management. Financial analysis and attention to detail. Effective communication with authorities, suppliers, banks, and senior management. Responsibilities: * Supervise and consolidate the financial information generated by the firm, ensuring alignment with the company's operations. * Jointly address SAT requirements with the firm and verify that information is properly consolidated. * Supervise the consolidation of fixed asset files and safeguarding documentation. * Conduct fixed asset inventories. * Coordinate the consolidation of foreign trade files. * Supervise information compilation for VAT refund applications. * Consolidate documentation materiality between LFC and LIM. * Prepare cash flow statements. * Supervise the payment plan. * Ensure accounts payable and creditors align with financial statements. * Draft and request contracts as required under applicable laws. * Develop costing methods for origin certificate preparation. * Supervise informative and payment-related tax obligations. * Quote insurance policies.
