Palletizing of physical products and/or materials in selectives. Order and cleanliness. Perform repackaging and use of stretch-wrap guns. Restock carton Flow. Perform product spillage. Perform selective inventory shrinkage identification. Separate packaging by presentation. Correct use of hydraulic pallet jack. Correct use of assistive devices (headset and voice-picking devices). Identify each presentation within the picking area. Read labels or voice-picking instructions. Perform columnar, bed, VTM, invoice, rack container assembly. Guarantee sequential and coordinated assembly. Ensure SKUs and quantities on labels match physical counts to prevent discrepancies. Perform stretch-wrapping of pallets. Label and sign mixed pallet assemblies for which responsible. Move assembled mixed pallets from the picking zone to the staging zone sequentially and coordinately. Packaging selection (spot check). Classification of reverse logistics packaging. Reintegration of finished goods into inventory. Placement of additional materials.
