Job Summary: We are seeking a cleaning professional to maintain immaculate hotel rooms, attend to guests, and ensure safety. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to detail and high cleaning standards 2. Attending to guests' special requests with a positive attitude **Main Daily Responsibilities:** * **Preparation:** Receive room assignment reports, organize service supplies including linens (sheets/towels), cleaning products, and amenities before entering rooms. * **Room Cleaning (Occupied/Check-out):** * Ventilate and illuminate the room. * Remove trash and soiled linens. * Make beds and change sheets according to standards. * Clean and disinfect the bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, mirrors). * Dust furniture, clean mirrors and floors. * Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, clean towels). * **Safety and Maintenance:** * Report any room defects (burnt-out bulbs, water leaks, damaged equipment) to Housekeeping. * Report guest-remaining items following hotel policies. * **Guest Service:** * Knock three times before entering and greet guests courteously. * Attend to guests' special requests with a positive attitude. **Required Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail and high cleaning standards. * Time management to meet room quotas. * Honesty, discretion, and professionalism. * Physical stamina for demanding tasks. **Common Requirements:** * Prior experience in cleaning or similar roles (preferred).
