Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and team-oriented Facilities and Maintenance Assistant to perform basic cleaning and maintenance of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Responding to requests and monitoring security protocols **FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** We seek a responsible, respectful, punctual individual with flexible availability, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing general cleaning of institutional spaces, including offices, restrooms, common areas, classrooms, hallways, and outdoor areas. * Sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and emptying trash bins. * Promptly addressing internal school requests. * Performing basic maintenance on furniture, facilities, etc. * Assisting with moving furniture or equipment when required. * Reporting defects or maintenance needs promptly. * Following institutional safety and hygiene protocols. * Properly safeguarding and managing work materials and tools. * Proactivity and commitment to teamwork are highly valued. **WE OFFER:** * Salary (commensurate with experience) * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Vacation time * Vacation premium * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs., and Saturdays, 7:00–13:00 hrs.
