




Position Summary: Chef Coordinator responsible for leading and motivating the kitchen team, ensuring service quality and compliance with hygiene standards and KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Implement hygiene policies and achieve KPIs **CHEF COORDINATOR** Team leads of the kitchen team Primary contact between the Chef team and the CPU team Primary contact between the Chef team and the project management team **CHEF COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES** · Responsible for: chef supervisors, FOH chefs · Reports to: Executive Chef · Manage and motivate the kitchen team · Ensure food is served according to the defined service schedule for each program · Receive food deliveries and control and organize dispatch across all areas · Implement planning according to specified schedules and ensure overtime hours are controlled · Implement hygiene policies and inspect equipment for cleaning · Provide culinary training during the pre-event phase and any necessary updates during the event · Organize daily brief meetings with kitchen supervisors · Ensure internal KPIs are consistently respected and achieved **QUALIFICATIONS FOR KITCHEN COORDINATOR** · Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or restaurants as a coordinator · Proficiency in culinary profession principles and practices · Thorough knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP process, and health and safety regulations · Ability to oversee kitchen organization with strong supervisory awareness, without focusing on a single area · Excellent organizational skills · Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure · Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Employment Type: Part\-time Salary: $2,300\.00 \- $2,700\.00 per day Benefits: * Flexible schedule Experience: * Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
