




Job Summary: Prepare food in accordance with established quality, hygiene, and presentation standards to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare dishes according to standardized recipes and hotel procedures. 2. Keep surfaces, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized. 3. Assist in training new kitchen assistants or cooks. Flexible availability. · Prepare dishes according to standardized recipes and hotel procedures. · Perform mise en place of ingredients prior to service. · Cook at assigned stations (hot, cold, pastry, etc.). · Keep surfaces, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized. · Comply with safety and hygiene regulations to prevent accidents or contamination. · Report unsafe conditions or accidents to the immediate supervisor. · Verify the condition and freshness of ingredients. · Minimize waste and spoilage. · Assist with inventory and receipt of goods when required. · Coordinate with waitstaff and other kitchen team members to meet service timing requirements.
