They are responsible for keeping the work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and organized, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. They also assist in plating dishes, receiving and organizing supplies, and generally contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen by working collaboratively and following instructions from supervisory staff.
