We seek a **Payroll Analyst** who will play a key role in consolidating, validating, and controlling operational information, ensuring proper management of payroll incidents and timely data flow to corporate. **What will be your main challenge?** To guarantee the timely collection, validation, and submission of operational information related to payroll incidents, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with established formats and deadlines, thereby achieving punctual and accurate payment of operational personnel. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect and consolidate payroll incidents generated during daily operations. * Request and validate attendance lists and supporting evidence submitted by zone supervisors. * Review and correct the weekly pre-payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments. * Cleanse active personnel, new hires, and personnel on assignment lists. * Validate overtime, holiday, and operational exception payments. * Track personnel onboarding, offboarding, and transfers within the system. * Attend to and resolve personnel payroll incidents with courteous and confidential treatment. * Maintain confidentiality and ethical use of sensitive information. * Meet established deadlines for submitting information to corporate payroll. * Participate in internal audits, departmental KPIs, and continuous improvement processes. **Key Performance Indicators** * Timely submission of daily and weekly incidents. * Payroll incident resolution rate below 2%. * Effective pre-payroll correction prior to disbursement. * Up-to-date tracking of workforce status and personnel movements. **Candidate Profile** * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in administrative, accounting, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in information analysis and validation or operational payroll. * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with payroll systems or ERP (e.g., basic SAP) is desirable. * High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. **What We Offer** * **Monthly salary: $11,000 net** * **Monthly performance bonus: $1,100** (subject to results) * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability * Positive work environment **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Are you interested?** Apply now and join a solid company in the private security sector.
