Professional development in the cement industry At **Moctezuma**, we are a leading construction company in Mexico with a long history of excellence, committed to protecting our environment and continuously innovating. **We invite you to join our team as a Quality Control Analyst.** **Objective:** To analyze and control the chemical and physical variables of samples obtained from processes involved in cement manufacturing to ensure compliance with specifications, based on the established quality plan. **Responsibilities:** * Perform sampling and preparation of products obtained throughout the process for monitoring, measurement, and analysis. * Conduct specialized chemical testing (e.g., microscopy, combustibility, etc.) on various products throughout the process. * Conduct physical testing on different cement grinding and silo extraction products. * Follow safety guidelines established in the Integrated Management System (IMS) by participating in inherent safety programs, with the aim of identifying unsafe conditions and actions among plant personnel. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification**: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Bachelor’s Degree, Pharmaco-Biological Chemist, or related field * **Experience:** 6 months in a similar position, demonstrable through work experience in the cement or transformation mining industry. * **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, Statistical Process Control, operation of analytical equipment * **Competencies:** Initiative, customer service orientation, teamwork, results-oriented mindset, effective communication * **Other Requirements:** · Availability to perform various analyst functions (shift work, chemical testing, physical/concrete testing), rotating shifts. * **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Meal vouchers or cafeteria service * Major medical expense insurance Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: $24,000\.00 \- $29,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
