Las Mañanitas Hotel Garden, Restaurante \& Spa is looking for: Payroll Analyst (Accounting background preferred) **Job Objective** Ensure timely and accurate payroll calculation and payment for the hotel and restaurant’s operational and administrative staff, guaranteeing legal compliance and appropriate employee support. **Responsibilities** * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation and processing. * Attendance incident tracking: attendance, absences, tardiness, vacations, bonuses, days off, and cafeteria benefits. * Management of operational and administrative payroll (200–300 employees). * Calculation of severance payments and settlements. * Employee onboarding, termination, and modifications with IMSS. * Payroll receipt calculation and electronic stamping (timbrado). * Determination and control of taxes (ISR), employer-employee contributions, and INFONAVIT. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding their pay. * Preparation of payroll reports and support during internal or external audits. * Compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Payroll Analyst; hospitality or restaurant industry experience preferred. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Experience with payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOI, Aspel, or similar). * Extraordinary payments, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), PTU, bonuses, etc. * Intermediate Excel skills (filters, formulas, summaries). * Experience managing large employee volumes and strict deadlines.
