WE OFFER: \- Competitive base salary \- Statutory benefits. \- Productivity bonus \- Food vouchers \- Christmas bonus (23 days) Work schedule: Mon-Fri Key Responsibilities · Payroll, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and tax calculations in manufacturing companies · Analysis of payroll reports · Automation of payroll reports and processes · Processing of weekly and biweekly payroll information · Execution of calculations for extraordinary payments, Christmas bonus, PTU, bonuses, etc. · Administration of the payroll system and management of leaves; interface with the accounting department; reporting of system failures, corrections, and system improvement management · Submission of IMSS employee registrations, terminations, and modifications · Responsibility for analyzing and reporting payroll variances · Receiving and following up on audits related to payroll (IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, SAT, BSCI) · Management and follow-up of processes and payments to institutions such as INFONAVIT, IMSS, FONACOT, SAT, SIPARE · Determination of Payroll Tax and filing of declarations. · Payroll vs. Accounting vs. Payroll e-invoicing reconciliations.
