Collaborative Work Environment **Department:** IT / Infrastructure **Work Mode:** On-site / Hybrid (as applicable) **Salary:** $9,500 MXN gross monthly Job Objective Administer, maintain, and provide support for the company’s network and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, availability, and proper functioning of communication services. Main Responsibilities * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN and WAN networks. * Technical support to users regarding connectivity, internet, telephony, and computer equipment. * Basic configuration of networking devices (switches, routers, access points). * Network status monitoring and incident response. * Structured cabling (UTP, patch panels, racks). * Support in managing internet links and wireless networks. * Basic documentation of network infrastructure. * Escalation of failures to vendors or specialized departments when necessary. Requirements **Education:** * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. **Technical Knowledge:** * Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). * LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks. * Basic switch and router configuration. * Structured cabling. * IP telephony (preferred). * Use of network diagnostic tools. **Experience:** * 6 months to 1 year in network or telecommunications support (internships or social service may count).
