PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation and control of invoices. * Preparation of end-of-shift reports covering invoices, holograms, and personnel at the center. * Updating incident records with personnel. * Cashier support. * Administrative support to the manager. * Quotations for supplies and/or services from various suppliers. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting (or related field). * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Primarily an honest, objective, organized, detail-oriented, warm, and team-oriented individual.
