




Position Summary: The Accounts Payable Analyst manages the full supplier payment cycle and supports report preparation, ensuring compliance and high standards. Key Highlights: 1. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements. Position Purpose The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for accurately and timely managing the full supplier payment cycle and supporting report preparation. This position ensures compliance with internal policies and tax requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and internal service. **Main Responsibilities, Activities, and Tasks** **Accounts Payable** * Receive, review, and record supplier invoices, ensuring correct accounting coding * Verify that invoices have proper authorizations and supporting documentation * Prepare and execute weekly/bi-weekly payments (wire transfers, checks, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Reconcile supplier account statements and resolve discrepancies * Maintain up-to-date supplier files and their payment terms * Support monthly accounting closings related to accounts payable * Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls * Prepare reports related to sales, inventory, balance sheet accounts, costs, and suppliers * Maintain strict confidentiality of company information **Education** * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field **Professional Experience, Technical Knowledge, and Personal Skills** * Prior experience ( **1–3 years** ) in accounts payable and/or accounting * Knowledge of accounting systems, preferably SAP * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Basic knowledge of applicable tax and accounting regulations * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks * Ability to handle confidential information * Effective communication * Analytical thinking * Teamwork * Time management ***Company Values and Behaviors*** Adheres to Bracco’s core values, including: * Passion: Connecting people and building networks; Be yourself * Extraordinary: Leadership and delegation; Value * Continuous Evolution: Knowledge and learning agility; Digital and technological orientation * Sustainability: Long-term value creation; Responsibility **Certificates, Licenses, Professional Registrations** * N/A **Work Environment** * This position must be based at Bracco’s office in Ciudad de México, MX, on a hybrid basis (three days in the office, two days remote) If you meet the requirements of this opportunity and would like to join an international group working to improve patients' lives, apply now!
