Accounting Analyst **Department:** Accounting / Finance Temporary Position 6-month project Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) Location Tlalpan, CDMX Job Objective Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the organization’s accounting and financial information through recording, analysis, and reconciliation of transactions, ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulations, and providing reliable information for decision-making. Responsibilities and Functions* Record and analyze accounting entries for revenues, expenses, and general journal. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations and internal account reconciliations. * Clean up accounting accounts and execute system offsets. * Verify correct accounting treatment of tax-related transactions and supporting documentation (CFDI). * Prepare and analyze accounting reports using Excel tools (pivot tables). * Support preparation of tax working papers and respond to internal and external audits. * Participate in monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring proper account consolidation. * Provide support in reviewing and analyzing accounting entries and transactions. * Collaborate with Tax and Treasury departments to maintain up-to-date financial information.
