Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook with experience in Yucatecan cuisine and efficiency in kitchen service, knowledgeable in cold, hot, production, and service line areas. Key Highlights: 1. Proven cooking experience (minimum 3 years) 2. Knowledge of Yucatecan cuisine 3.
