Focus on freshness and presentation Prepare all foods listed on menus and recommendations from Consumption Centers, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene, quality, freshness, and presentation, in compliance with the policies and procedures of each department, to fully satisfy the tastes of hotel customers and guests and ensure their highest expectations are met.
