REQUIREMENTS * AGE 25 TO 55 YEARS * MINIMUM SECONDARY EDUCATION * EXPERIENCE AS SHIFT SUPERVISOR IN PRIVATE SECURITY * PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT * KPI MANAGEMENT * COMPUTER OPERATIONS **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational staff (guards/wardens). * Conduct inspection rounds to verify compliance with instructions. * Manage access control, including personnel entry and exit. * Respond to incidents, contingencies, or emergencies. * Prepare reports, incident logs, and shift handover documentation. * Train new staff and verify their appearance.
