




Position Summary: We are seeking an operational HR Coordinator to ensure personnel discipline, stability, and productivity in high-demand environments, with a focus on execution and agile recruitment. We seek an operationally focused HR Coordinator responsible for ensuring personnel discipline, stability, and productivity in high-demand environments. The role requires direct operational execution, performance control, and the ability to recruit functional staff in an agile manner. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor operational staff across various work sites. - Monitor attendance, punctuality, incidents, and daily performance. - Manage personnel onboarding, offboarding, and contractual follow-up. - Identify underperformance and implement immediate corrective actions. - Coordinate shift coverage and ensure operational continuity. - Implement control and order processes within the work team. - Coordinate training focused on execution and compliance. Recruitment and Selection: - Continuously recruit operational staff according to demand. - Post vacancies and manage recruitment sources. - Screen candidates using practical criteria (availability, attitude, stability, tolerance for operational work). - Conduct behavioral interviews focused on real behavior, not rhetoric. - Coordinate rapid onboarding to fill critical vacancies. - Reduce hiring timelines and avoid unfilled positions.
