Experience: 3 years in hospitality, healthcare, or renovation sectors. Schedule Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM. Knowledge of: Drywall, plastering and finishing, flooring, carpentry, interior furniture and decoration, plumbing, and electrical installations. · Job Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections to identify, review, and validate facility improvement needs, proposing pleasant, ergonomic, and functional space solutions. Ensure proper operation and good condition of all buildings, furniture, and accessories through supervision of PPC (Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective) maintenance activities. Coordinate, assign, and supervise work performed by subordinate staff. Supervise external personnel (vendors). Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs according to control logbooks. Perform tool inventories.
