Job Summary: Warehouse assistant responsible for preparation, management, and verification of medical supplies; support in inventory control, shipping, receiving, and package courier services. Responsibilities: Material Preparation: Organize and prepare medical supplies for distribution according to the corresponding list and requisition for each scheduled service. Management of Requisitions and Delivery Notes: Manage and document requisitions and delivery notes signed by both the service team and the Instrumentation Technician, ensuring proper traceability. Inventory Support: Assist the warehouse supervisor in conducting and documenting inventories, ensuring accuracy in records and stock control. Shipping and Receiving of Materials: Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor in shipping and receiving equipment, instruments, and consumables among different branches, ensuring appropriate handling and timely delivery or receipt. Review of Material Conditions: Verify the operational and physical conditions of materials, equipment, instruments, and consumables, reporting any issues to the warehouse supervisor for prompt resolution. Courier Package Collection and Delivery Support: Provide support in collecting and/or delivering packages, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and within established timeframes. Requirements: * Prior experience in warehouse operations or similar positions. * Knowledge of inventory management and documentation handling. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication skills.
