Shift / Work Schedule: Rotating **Key Responsibilities:** * Performs other warehouse duties assigned by supervisor. * Completes reports and forms for the shipping coordinator. * Maintains equipment and facilities in optimal condition. * Attends training and development programs as required. * Performs loading and unloading tasks for trucks, piece-by-piece, for Raw Materials and Finished Products. * Follows and helps ensure coworkers follow safety rules, critical tasks, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures for each area under their responsibility. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must have completed secondary education. * Must be able to read and write Spanish fluently. * Must be capable of lifting up to 25 kilograms, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Must be available to work overtime, including weekends, holidays or alternate shifts, with prior notice. * Must be able to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Must be capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, squatting or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience working in a production environment or plant (6 months). * Ability to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation. **At Cargill, we promote diversity and inclusion throughout our processes—you may apply regardless of gender!** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
