We are at a pivotal stage of expansion and organizational transformation. **About the Role** ---------------- We seek a high-impact **Executive Assistant \& Chief of Staff** to act as a **strategic partner to the CEO**. This role combines high-level executive support with responsibilities for **strategic coordination and organizational execution**, functioning as a direct extension of the CEO within the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth environments with controlled ambiguity.
