Position Summary: Lead and coordinate inspection and supervision functions to safeguard company assets, ensuring policy compliance and effective oversight of security personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads inspection and supervision efforts to safeguard company assets. 2. Ensures compliance with company policies, manuals, and regulations. 3. Supervises and coordinates security personnel across various areas. Direct, coordinate, and execute inspection and supervision functions related to security and control over the company's assets. Responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, manuals, and regulations, in accordance with the Code of Ethics, within assigned areas of responsibility. Responsible for supervising the performance of duties, processes, and schedules of assigned staff, including assigning, distributing, and coordinating security personnel across all designated areas (cashier stations, sales floor). Supervise that personnel entering stores wear and use their uniforms and PPE correctly and in good condition (vest, helmet, belt, boots).
