Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive On-Site Operations Coordinator responsible for ensuring operational excellence and departmental quality for guests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure high-quality standards for guests. 2. Supervise and coordinate operational teams. 3. Proactively identify and resolve issues. **Position: On-Site Operations Coordinator** At **Otoch Colibrí**, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive individual with strong attention to detail, responsible for ensuring that each of our departments operates optimally and is fully prepared to welcome guests to the highest quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * On-site supervision of departments to ensure cleanliness, order, and proper functionality * Coordination and monitoring of the cleaning team during guest check-in and check-out * Inventory validation, supplies verification, and overall department condition assessment * Laundry supervision (linen control, deliveries, and restocking) * Facility inspections and incident identification (maintenance, leaks, equipment, etc.) * Coordination with vendors for incident resolution and maintenance tasks * Ensure each property meets Otoch Colibrí’s quality standards * On-site data collection (checklists, photographic evidence, reports) **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Relevant field of study: Administration, Civil Engineering, Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, or Logistics. * Organized, solution-oriented, and highly responsible * Attention to detail and quality-focused * Ability to coordinate operational teams * Proactive in identifying and resolving on-site issues * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork mindset **Position Conditions:** * Work Modality: On-site in Mérida * Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Salary: $10,000 MXN monthly * Company-provided mobile phone * Probation period: 2 months * Genuine opportunity for career growth within the company **About Otoch Colibrí:** We are a company that supports our clients throughout their entire real estate investment process—from acquisition to generating passive income—**serving as their eyes and trusted partners at every stage.** We focus on **caring for each property as if it were our own**, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and tangible results for our clients.
