We want to meet you! **What profile are we seeking?** **Academic Background (not mandatory)** \- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. \- Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Hotel Management, Strategic Management, or similar (desirable). **Experience** \- Proven experience as General Director, General Manager, or other executive position in 5-star hotels. \- Experience in spa operations, food & beverage, and large teams. **Functional Skills** \- Financial and budgetary management: cost control, revenue, and profitability. \- Marketing and sales, digital channels. \- Full operations: housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, front office, spa. \- Quality management and customer satisfaction. \- Leadership and team development. \- Health, hygiene, safety, and tourism regulations. \- Languages: bilingual **(mandatory)** **What do we offer?** * Workplace location: Oaxaca * Competitive salary * A project with identity, tradition, and strong growth potential If the hospitality industry and challenges motivate you, this is your opportunity to leave your mark.
