Job Summary: Ciudad Maderas is seeking an Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer to supervise electrical installations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards in premium residential projects. Requirements: • Required education level: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. • Experience: 3–4 years supervising electrical installations at construction sites. • Willingness to work on-site, with no issues regarding relocation. Knowledge: • Interpretation of electrical drawings. • AutoCAD. • Electrical calculations (voltage drop, electrical load, conductor sizing). • Electrical regulations and safety in installations. • Proficiency in Office software (primarily Excel). • Preparation and review of as-built drawings. Main Responsibilities: • Monitor purchase orders. • Report progress. • Supervise on-site electrical installation according to drawings and technical specifications. • Verify electrical calculations and project compliance. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
