Participation in budgeting and financial forecasting **Job Objective:** Provide support in the company's administrative and financial management, ensuring proper resource control, accurate report preparation, and adherence to internal processes for sound decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out and monitor the company's administrative-financial control. * Prepare cash flow reports and reconciliations. * Support revenue, expenditure, and accounts payable/receivable control. * Record and organize financial and administrative documentation. * Coordinate with the accounting department for information integration. * Participate in budget and financial forecasting preparation. * Prepare financial reports **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Accountant preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles (preferably in the construction sector). * Knowledge of administrative-financial control and cash flow management. * Warehouse experience. * Experience in budgeting and expense control. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting). * Knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
