




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide front-desk service at tourist apartments, responsible for guest management, reservations, communication, and operational coordination. Incident resolution and multichannel customer service We are looking for a person to provide front-desk service in the tourist apartment sector in Mérida (Badajoz). Main duties will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as addressing any inquiries or questions they may have. The role also involves reservation administration, including managing confirmations, modifications, and cancellations. Communication will be a key aspect, covering both telephone support and responding to messages and emails. Additionally, coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams is required to ensure proper functioning of accommodations, as well as handling incident resolution, complaints, or emergencies. Administrative tasks include updating records and inventories. A degree in tourism or related fields is preferred; at least one year of prior experience in reception or customer service roles is required. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in digital tools, are essential. A proactive, problem-solving attitude is fundamental. A permanent full-time contract is offered.
