DE C.V. An experienced Construction Cost Controller and Budget Engineer is sought for an important ongoing project. The selected candidate will be responsible for budget management and control, ensuring accurate financial execution of assigned tasks. Proven experience in using Enkontrol, Opus, and data analysis and management tools (Reports\-Excel) is required. The candidate must be capable of analyzing and controlling assigned budgets, guaranteeing calculation accuracy and expense tracking. Responsible for planning, managing, and supervising project resources, costs, timelines, and quality, ensuring adherence to schedule and prevention of deviations. The candidate is expected to prepare detailed reports and conduct periodic reviews to identify any budget deviations and implement corrective actions as necessary. We seek a meticulous individual with strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently when required, will be highly valued. Responsibilities: Prepare budgets in OPUS, comparative tables, upload budgets into Enkontrol, labor control, material control, subcontractor control **REQUIREMENTS:** Civil Engineering degree or Architecture degree Age between 25 and 45 years Marital status: no preference Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Opus Enkontrol **(mandatory)** **Skills:** Proactive Self-directed Responsible Punctual Monday to Saturday (flexible working hours) Candidates residing in Yucatán or Cancún (mandatory) If you have at least 3 years’ experience in budget control, reside in the Yucatán Peninsula, and wish to join a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you.
