Job Summary: Production Manager to organize, integrate, and control production operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency through processes and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage production teams. 2. Ensure the effectiveness of production processes and quality standards. 3. Optimize costs and manage production budgets. Responsibilities: • Plan and organize workflow processes. • Develop the production schedule. • Supervise and ensure the effectiveness of production processes. • Ensure training and development of operational staff and evaluate performance. • Manage and ensure supply of raw materials and finished products. • Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and equipment. • Guarantee adherence to quality standards, policies, and objectives across the entire production process. • Ensure compliance with Safety and Hygiene Regulations. • Optimize costs and manage the established budget.
