Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to precisely cut panel parts by programming and operating equipment in accordance with technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC machine programming and operation. 2. Interpretation of technical drawings and control of cutting parameters. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of the machine. Ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to production timelines within Grupo Bari’s manufacturing processes. Requirements: Education: Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related field Knowledge of CNC programming Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and production orders Responsibilities: 1. G-code and M-code programming 2. Use of CAD/CAM software (preferably with experience in panel cutting) 3. Interpretation of technical drawings and part breakdowns 4. Daily production reporting 5. Delivery and reporting of finished products to Project Management (Abel Canto) in the designated delivery format. 6. Receipt and management of raw materials for cutting (inventory management) 7. Operation of overhead crane to load panels onto cutting equipment 8. Requesting consumables from the Panel Warehouse department 9. Preventive and corrective maintenance of the machine 10. Operation and configuration of CNC cutting machinery 11. Knowledge of material types 12. Control of cutting parameters: speed, feed rate, depth of cut 13. Reading and use of measuring instruments 14.
