As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to establish strong relationships by offering customized solutions for each of our customers, as well as accompanying the customer throughout their reservation process at the airport. Main Responsibilities: Assist customers throughout their journey from arrival to boarding the shuttle. Generate new business by identifying opportunities. Maximize customer satisfaction by directing post-sale inquiries to the relevant departments.
