Statutory benefits and entitlements INTERCERAMIC MERIDA IS SEEKING: SALES ADVISOR Requirements: \- High school diploma or related bachelor’s degree \- Experience in retail sales of tangible products \- Experience with Mystery Shopper programs \- Proficiency in using PCs, tablets, and banking terminals \- Gender: Unrestricted Responsibilities: \- Customer service \- Personalized advisory \- Sales closing \- Customer billing and payment collection \- Delivery follow-up \- Tracking of sales indicators and targets We Offer: \- Product and process training \- Monthly salary: $9200 MXN (net) \- Guaranteed bonus of $3600 MXN for the first two months \- Monthly food vouchers: $1463 MXN \- Uncapped commissions starting from the third month (commissions exceeding $15,000 MXN monthly) \- Bi-weekly payments \- Working hours (Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM and 10:00 AM–7:30 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM) \- 100% social security coverage \- Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) \- Life insurance \- INFONAVIT / FONACOT benefits \- Uniforms provided \- Profit-sharing payments Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
