Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily ice production and manage operational and human resources, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR at TUN HA Ice Factory - Located on the Mérida-Umán Highway. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily ice production. Implement and enforce internal quality and food safety procedures, instructions, and standards. Manage assigned operational and human resources. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: $11,000 Pesos. Statutory benefits from day one; after three months, additional benefits beyond statutory requirements. Uniforms. Requirements: Engineer or Technician. Specialization: Refrigeration, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field. Knowledge of basic industrial quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Availability to rotate across three shifts and flexible rest days. Skills: Organization, planning, teamwork, accountability.
