Job Summary: Credit advisor responsible for offering financial products, advising customers on loans, and ensuring the proper execution of strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan. Guarantee the correct implementation and execution of insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Make outbound calls to promote payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. REQUIREMENTS: Completed High School Diploma (Original Certificate) required. Strong verbal communication skills. Passion for customer interaction. Experience in customer service, general sales, or service offering. Goal- and objective-oriented. Integrity in performing duties.
