As Coordinator, you will serve as the central hub of our operations, ensuring security standards are upheld through: Team Leadership: Supervision and management of a team of 8–12 personnel (supervisors, central station operators, and shift supervisors). Strategic Management: Operational control, preparation of incident reports, and follow-up on directives. Logistics and Planning: Planning of supervision routes to optimize response times and coverage. VIP Service: Direct liaison with internal and external clients to guarantee service satisfaction. Real-Time Resolution: Immediate response to critical situations and personnel management. Desired Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree (graduated, candidate, or incomplete) in Criminology, Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Asset Security or Private Security companies. Key Skills: Sense of urgency, decision-making under pressure, and strong sense of responsibility.
