REQUIREMENTS: *Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field (professional license mandatory). *Minimum 2 years of experience in cost estimation and budgeting. *Knowledge of tender processes, calculation of unit prices, budgeting, and quotations. *Intermediate-level proficiency in Opus software. *Driver's license preferred. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: *Project administration. *Creation of purchase orders. *Participation in tenders. *Preparation of estimates and unit prices. *Use of Opus and Excel.
