Managerial experience in construction or infrastructure Job Objective Responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the company's financial strategy, ensuring economic stability, project profitability, liquidity, and tax compliance, while providing direct support to the General Management in strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities Financial planning, budgets, and forecasts. Cash flow control, treasury, and working capital management. Profitability analysis per project. Budgetary control and construction cost management. Accounting supervision, financial statements, and reporting. Management of banking relationships, credit, bonds, and guarantees. Tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance. Identification and mitigation of financial risks. Leadership and management of the finance team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or Accounting (degree and professional license). Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance-related roles. At least 3–5 years in a managerial position, preferably in construction, electrical infrastructure, or civil infrastructure. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with CONTPAQi, OPUS, and/or ODOO.
