Job Summary: We are seeking a Cashier - Customer Service Assistant for Universidad Maya to manage collections, serve students, and control payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attention and collection management for the university community 2. Management of financial agreements and report preparation 3. Payment control and inventory management MÉRIDA CAMPUS Universidad Maya is looking for your skills and experience to join our team: CASHIER - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve students, parents, and/or guardians regarding outstanding balances. • Collection management • Management of financial agreements • Report preparation • Payment and balance control. • Tuition fee collection • Institutional store customer service • Inventory management REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Administrative Informatics, Business Management Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. • Intermediate Excel proficiency • Negotiation skills WE OFFER: • Estimated monthly salary: $12,650.00 MXN + statutory benefits from day one. • Direct employment contract with the Institution. • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 1 DAY OFF (SUNDAY) Apply to this position with an updated curriculum vitae (mandatory).-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: 25 years or older Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook Keywords: cashier, cajero
