




Position Summary: Responsible for administrative and operational tasks such as inventory management, payment control, contract tracking, and logistical support to ensure campus efficiency. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ANALYST Responsible for administrative and operational tasks related to inventory management, payment control, contract tracking, audits, legal procedures, and logistical support, ensuring compliance with internal processes and daily operational efficiency across each campus. Your main challenges • Physical receipt of equipment and supplies, verifying against purchase orders. (consider loading and unloading of high- and low-weight items) • Inventory control. (must have proficiency in Microsoft Office) • Safeguarding and custody of equipment and supplies, ensuring their integrity and proper preservation. • Managing and supporting physical inventory counts for books, uniforms, warehouse stock, and fixed assets. • Supervising outbound shipments from concessionaires, safety and hygiene committees, and inventory audits. • Managing and tracking payments and contracts for operators and cafeterias at each campus. • Responsible for completing reports and filing legal procedure documents. • Providing support in renewing legal procedures and tracking notifications from authorities such as PROFECO and the Attorney General’s Office. • Participating in training and onboarding sessions for new students on financial processes, including uniform and textbook procurement, as well as transportation services where applicable. • Generating reports for administrative and operational analysis (DAM). • Validating and assembling insurance claim files. • Collaborating in warehouse audits and fixed asset safeguarding. • Supporting school transportation contracts, credential issuance, and payment tracking. Profile We Seek Essential Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. • Customer service orientation. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word. • SAP experience.
