At Universidad Cuauhtémoc Querétaro, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Systems Assistant to join our information technology team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or related field. * Desired knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Knowledge of technical support and customer service. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Availability to work afternoon shifts: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00 hours, and Saturday on-call shifts from 08:00 to 13:00 (on-call schedule coordinated jointly with the team). **Responsibilities:** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of the university’s computer equipment. * Provide technical support to users in resolving hardware- and software-related issues. * Address and resolve customer service requests related to the systems department. * Assist in backing up computer equipment and ensuring data integrity. * Collaborate with the systems team on assigned projects and tasks. * Respond to support requests from students and teaching staff. **Required Competencies:** * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Communication and customer service skills. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. * Organization and attention to detail. * Knowledge of operating systems and backup software.
