Part of a dynamic team **Join our team as a Customer Service Executive!** At **Hostech**, we are looking for a person passionate about service, solution-focused, and skilled in customer interaction to join our customer support team. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum **2 years of experience in customer service** * Experience with **reservation systems or similar platforms** * Bachelor’s degree in **Tourism, International Business, or related field** * Excellent communication and customer orientation **Key Responsibilities:** * Customer support via **phone calls, messages, and emails** * Management in **reservation systems** * Preparation of **quotations and reservations** * Handling of **cancellations and modifications** * **Escalation of cases** to respective departments * **Documentation of requests** and follow-up * **Payment verification** and administrative process support **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $11,135 net monthly * **Food vouchers:** $1,370 net monthly * **Statutory and above-statutory benefits** **Schedule:** * Rotating **8-hour shifts** * Service window from **7:00 AM to 11:00 PM** * **2 rotating weekly days off** * **Remote work (home office) for night shifts** If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and joining a dynamic team, **we want to meet you!** Salary: $12,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
