Position Summary: This role seeks a Quality Management System (QMS) Leader to implement, maintain, and improve the QMS, coordinating audits and strategic projects to strengthen operational efficiency. An environment of continuous improvement and professional development **QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM LEADER** **NIUTEC Group** **Position Objective** Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), coordinating audits, document control, and strategic projects to strengthen operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achievement of the group’s strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System. * Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits and follow up on corrective actions. * Manage nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. * Administer and control QMS documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms). * Monitor quality, performance, and customer satisfaction indicators (KPIs, NPS). * Promote a culture of quality, standardization, and customer focus across the organization. * Train and raise awareness among staff on quality topics, continuous improvement, and audits. * Manage the portfolio of strategic projects and track their progress. * Present QMS performance reports to General Management. **Requirements** * **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in Business Administration with a specialization in Quality. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in Quality Management Systems management. * **Essential Knowledge:** * ISO 9001 and ISO 31000 (primarily) * Internal audits (ISO 19011:2018\) * Continuous improvement: Kaizen, Lean, Quality Circles, Seven Basic Quality Tools * Document control * Indicator (KPI) and project management * Office 365 and ERP systems **Key Skills:** Leadership, analytical thinking, process- and risk-oriented mindset, data-driven decision making, proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork. **We Offer** * Join a growing corporate group * Direct participation in strategic projects * Attractive salary * An environment of continuous improvement and professional development **Apply through this channel and become part of NIUTEC Group.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
