




Job Summary: We are seeking an operational and results-oriented HR Coordinator responsible for leading recruitment, personnel management, and labor compliance, integrating automation, data, and AI into a 4.0 model. About the Role We seek an operational, structured, and results-oriented HR Coordinator responsible for leading recruitment processes, personnel management, and labor compliance. This position is pivotal in evolving the department toward a **Recruitment 4.0** model, integrating automation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to optimize talent attraction, assessment, and hiring. This is not an administrative role. Execution, judgment, and the ability to operate in dynamic, high-demand environments are required. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (posting, screening, interviews, and hiring) * Implement recruitment strategies based on automation, intelligent filters, and data analytics * Reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality * Manage multiple operational vacancies simultaneously * Design and execute structured onboarding processes * Maintain complete and up-to-date personnel files * Support termination, disciplinary, and labor compliance processes * Coordinate labor incidents with operational departments * Implement digital tools to enhance departmental efficiency * Generate and monitor key performance indicators (turnover, time-to-fill, hiring effectiveness) Technology and AI Focus: * Use of digital tools to automate recruitment processes * Implementation of automatic filters and pre-assessments for candidates * Use of AI, such as ChatGPT or other tools, for: * + Writing job descriptions + Structuring interviews + Analyzing and organizing candidate information * Continuous process improvement through technology Ideal Candidate Profile: * Structured, executive, and results-oriented individual * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple processes simultaneously * Assertiveness to enforce processes and make decisions * Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset * High level of accountability and follow-up * Interest in and openness to using technology and digital tools **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, with specialization in Human Resources * Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related areas * Proven experience in operational recruitment and personnel management * Flexible working hours * Willingness to travel between different branches and respond to operational contingencies * Strong organizational, follow-up, and execution capabilities **Preferred Academic Institutions:** National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), Tecnológico de Monterrey, La Salle University, or Panamerican University **Benefits** Active participation in transforming the HR department toward a more efficient and technology-driven model Opportunity for growth within the organization Dynamic, demanding, and continuously growing environment Competitive salary commensurate with experience (up to $20,000 MXN monthly) Statutory benefits
