Compliance with policies and operational standards Dr. Simi Health Systems (SIMILAB) is looking for your talent as a "Unit Manager" for our branch in Mexico City. * NURSE / LABORATORY / CLINICAL CHEMIST / CLINICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN OR RELATED FIELD (DEGREE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE REQUIRED) * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Unit Leader. * Knowledge of sales strategies, inventory control, personnel management, and cash handling. * Experience managing KPIs and operational processes. * Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills. * Customer service orientation. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure team compliance with unit policies, processes, and operational standards. * Manage inventory. * Collect blood samples. * Resolve operational incidents and provide customer service.
