Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment in the field, ensuring proper operation and direct client interaction. Direct client contact and professional development Requirements • Education: Technical degree (certified) and/or Engineering degree (in progress or certified) in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a technician performing maintenance on electromechanical equipment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with mobile phones and geolocation applications • Willingness to travel within the region (neighboring states / occasional) Responsibilities: • Performing preventive maintenance on equipment directly at customer sites (100% field-based) • General diagnosis and repair of equipment and/or components • Requesting spare parts • Planning weekly service routes • Direct client interaction • Physical ability to move heavy objects (equipment to be serviced) • Preparing service orders • Ensuring delivery, installation, and proper functioning of electromechanical equipment • Reporting incidents along assigned routes We Offer: • Gross monthly salary of $12,000 MXN + performance bonus up to $5,000 MXN starting from the 3rd month • Statutory and above-statutory benefits, Life Insurance, and Medical Expense Insurance • Training and daily allowances provided from Day 1 • 100% nominal IMSS coverage • Professional and career development • Company-provided mobile phone and work tools Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (occasional) Work Location: Mérida . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – General High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: 25 to 45 years old Knowledge Areas: Electromechanics, Corrective Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Mechatronics Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnología, technologist, maintenance, conservation, maintenance, field, territory
