Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic commercial manager with extensive experience in floor covering sales to lead and expand operations in Mérida. Key Highlights: 1. Extensive experience in commercial strategy. **Job Description:** An international company specializing in floor covering sales seeks, due to expansion in Mexico, a commercial manager with extensive experience to oversee operations at one of the country’s most important stores/CEDIS located in Mérida. **Requirements:** Extensive experience in commercial strategy **Preferably experience in large-format retail stores or regional distribution centers (CEDIS).** Experience leading sales teams Field experience mandatory Personal transportation required. Proficiency in CRM or sales systems **We seek primarily a commercial strategist, not a personnel or store supervisor.** **We Offer:** Base salary of MXN 35,000 gross per month. Guaranteed bonus of MXN 7,500 for the first three months Performance-based store target bonus of up to MXN 37,500.00 Statutory benefits 100% formal payroll.
